If you received a text message from Rally’s/Checkers between certain dates, you may be eligible to receive free vouchers, as part of a Checkers/Rally’s Class Action Settlement. Award Amount – Without proof of purchase, you may receive two $5 dollar vouchers. Proof of Purchase – Not Required. Claim Deadline – July 27th, 2020. Who’s Eligible: All individuals within the United States who were sent a Checkers or Rally’s-branded promotional text message by or on behalf of Defendants from December 21, 2013, to March 8, 2019.
